We keep your project files and personal information for seven years after project completion, which is pretty standard in the architecture industry. After that, we securely delete or destroy it unless there's a legal reason to hang onto it longer.

Yeah, our website uses cookies. Before you panic - they're mostly just helping us understand which pages are popular and how people navigate the site. We're not tracking your every move across the internet or anything weird like that.

Here's something that's kinda specific to architecture firms - we love showcasing our work. But we'll always ask for your permission before photographing your completed project or using any images in our portfolio, website, or marketing materials.

If you'd rather keep your project private, that's totally fine. Some clients prefer anonymity, and we respect that. We can still photograph the work for our internal records without publishing it anywhere public.

When we do publish project photos, we typically don't include client names or specific addresses unless you've given us explicit permission to do so.

Privacy laws and best practices evolve, and sometimes we need to update this policy to reflect those changes or adjustments in how we operate. When we make significant changes, we'll post the updated policy here and update the date at the top.

If you're an active client, we'll shoot you an email letting you know about any major changes. For everyone else, we recommend checking back here occasionally if you're curious.
